Who can get a card
All Pecos County residents are eligible for a free library card. Out of county residents who meet specific criteria are eligible for a free library card. (See library staff for more information.)
How to Get Your Card
Come in and fill out the form.
Borrowing Limits
Most items can be checked out for two weeks at a time.
Renewing Your Borrowed Items
Come in and renew the items.
